Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Packaging: It must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

 

Category-Specific Guidelines:

• Consumer Electronics & Gaming Consoles: Must not have been powered on, registered, or had the software activated. Sealed manufacturer seals must be unbroken.

• Hygiene & Air Care Products: Due to safety and sanitary reasons, these items cannot be returned if the original protective seal has been opened or tampered with.

• Stationery & Art Supplies: Must be completely unused and in their original bundle/packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used daily hygiene and household cleaning products.

• Digital download codes, software, or prepaid gaming cards.

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or bought under specific clearance promotions.

 

The Refund Process

Once we receive your item at our fulfillment center, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies (typically 5–7 business days).

 

Shipping Costs

• Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, My Perfect Kart will cover all return shipping fees. Please contact us immediately upon delivery.
